The Human Adventures of Max the Dog

 

For my dissertation I decided to study how to create a successful animation on YouTube in 2015 and with my research I found that animal and video games were two of the most popular YouTube categories. I found that animations that are cartoon or hand drawn and in a series were the most popular so I created a series about a dog that took part in human activites to be more like his owners. The first episode uses the video game category and lets Max play the most popular games seen on YouTube. The main character Max is a labrador and this and the name were chosen because these were the most popular dog name and breed of 2015. I then went onto use the social media strategies I had learnt with my research to promote my video. After university I will be creating another episode.
